Our goal is to be of service to you in helping you to collaborate in managing your project, activity and/or event. In this section we will show you how to set things up. 

Collaborative Impact Projects (CIP)
Collaborative Impact Projects is your first step in finding out what current project s are in place and what information is available to you. This is also one of your first opportunities to join a project area or project category.

CIP's are broken down into the following two major categories - Spheres of Influence and Foundational Focus:

The Spheres of Influence Category includes the following areas:

     * Faith Communities
     * Families
     * Government
     * Education
     * Business
     * Media
     * Arts & Entertainment

Project Objectives
Within the project categories each project is defined by its Project Objective. The Project Objectives will let people know what the main purpose and objective that is to be accomplished. Each objective contains Strategies, Actions and Discussions.

Project Strategies
Strategies are the plans and activities that need to be accomplished in order to fulfill the objectives.

Actions
Actions are the activities/tasks needed to be accomplished in order to accomplish the strategies. This is where the plans hit the road of practicality.     

Discussions
The Discussions are the place where members of the team brainstorm and discuss the what, how, when and where of getting the work done to accomplish the Objectives. The Discussions are divided into the various Strategies and Actions of an Objective. And team members can join and participate in any or all of the Discussions.

Joining A Project Team
Project Team Membership is restricted to registered users. To join just fill out the membership form and check the Project Category that you're interested in. Once you get approval you'll be able to join in the discussions and be contacted about updates through The K Connection newsletter.
